I have used Rutherfords in the past so I turned to them again today because we had something of an emergency. Their answerphone said to call another number if it was an emergency so I called it. Their answerphone message said that the phone was switched off. That’s really helpful! Eventually we had to get an emergency plumber at considerable expense… Very disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. A system they installed in 2023 has already failed, and getting support has been extremely difficult. Calls often go unanswered, and even when I finally reached someone from a different number, there was no willingness to come out and inspect the issue. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism is concerning. I would recommend considering other options.

Brilliant service. Needed roof tiles fixed on a roof that was not easy to access because solar panels were in the way. Quickly came up with a solution and fixed the problem. Thanks!
