I had a very disappointing experience with this company. A system they installed in 2023 has already failed, and getting support has been extremely difficult. Calls often go unanswered, and even when I finally reached someone from a different number, there was no willingness to come out and inspect the issue.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and professionalism is concerning. I would recommend considering other options.
