Great service - we had an intermittently faulty toilet fill valve that eventually gave up the ghost and was overflowing… came out when they said they would, with fast, friendly service… fixed quickly, with a new fill valve fitted in less than 30 minutes, all working well again. Thank-you for the great work!
Excellent service came out quickly and within time slot to do the annual maintenace on my boiler and then visited my mums to connect her new American fridge freezer.
Their plumbing job was satisfactory, but their customer service is the worst. For the plumbing job I had last April, I still haven’t received my invoice, which caused me a trouble to get it reimbursed. I sent several emails but they have been just ignoring my emails. When they carried out the service last April, I also asked for a quotation for another job but they have never gotten back to me for this job either. Again, they have never responded my emails regarding this quotation either. Very frustrating. Worst experience ever
Had a water leak coming from our toilet flooding our bathroom floor. Called G Woods. They attended very quickly. Gerry is a fantastic guy very knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. I would highly recommend using G Woods. First class service
Emergency call-out for water leak (on supply side of stop-cock) - plumber in attendance within 90 mins., fault identified, parts sourced and purchased, and repair effected - all without fuss, in a friendly manner and at an economical cost. What more can one ask? Excellent service all round.
