We had problems with both our gas fire and boiler so we called g woods when Tony came out within 2 hours he identified a problem with our gas meter he advised us to call the meter company who came out and replaced the meter Tony then returned later that day to carry out work on the boiler delighted with the work carried out from Tony and will definitely use g woods for any future work
Their plumbing job was satisfactory, but their customer service is the worst. For the plumbing job I had last April, I still haven’t received my invoice, which caused me a trouble to get it reimbursed. I sent several emails but they have been just ignoring my emails. When they carried out the service last April, I also asked for a quotation for another job but they have never gotten back to me for this job either. Again, they have never responded my emails regarding this quotation either. Very frustrating. Worst experience ever
Great service - we had an intermittently faulty toilet fill valve that eventually gave up the ghost and was overflowing… came out when they said they would, with fast, friendly service… fixed quickly, with a new fill valve fitted in less than 30 minutes, all working well again. Thank-you for the great work!
