Derek Scott Plumbing and Heating Limited

The team recently installed a new thermal store and piped in a new wood burning stove with the back boiler which is capable of running the central heating and hot water for the house. The team were great and very helpful in explaining things and showing how the new system worked. The whole heating system was custom tailored to our home and requirements. They also setup the hive system on my phone to run everything. At the end of job everything was left tidy. The team were always polite and very professional, Highly recommend!

Have used Derek Scott Plumbing and Heating for all our plumbing, boiler and heat pump needs in recent years. Always a top notch, polite and professional service, nothing is too much trouble and they are excellent at keeping you informed to ensure no surprises. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Amazing service after the main control unit on my boiler was blown by a power surge. Derek diagnosed fault and fitted a replacement unit within hours of me calling them. Highly recommended knowledgeable and friendly company to deal with. First class.

We had Shaun from Derek Scott head up his team for installing our new bathroom. From initial contact through to completion we were extremely happy with the service. Shaun was great at keeping us in the loop with things and you can just tell his passion and enthusiasm for doing a great job straight off the bat. Our finished bathroom is amazing, you can see the attention to detail put in! He even managed to arrange the installation date around our baby’s due date which was so appreciated! Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use again, Shaun and his team are absolute superstars!

Derek was absolutely amazing in helping with a major problem with the plumbing in our antique flat! He came out on several occasions, ordered specialised parts and gave up time from his own holiday to help out everyone in the building. We just can’t thank him enough. Lizzie and Dave
