    I ordered 72 geranium plugs. I wanted to be in when they arrived, so I timed my order appropriately. The delivery range was from 27th to 30th May. As I was away for the bank holiday and returning on 26th May, this worked well. On returning home on 26th. There was an envelope on my step with 72 dead geranium plugs. The plugs were so small that they would dry out within hours. The product is totally unfit for purpose and I expect a full refund. B&Q used to sell geranium plugs about 4 times the size in store but now don’t seem to do so. Ironically, while I was away, I was in Morrisons and saw the much larger plugs in store for the same price.

    It's easy to see why retailers such as Amazon have taken over and become people's go to. It's easy to see why trades people like myself prefer to use the likes of Toolstation and Screwfix. Ordered item from B&Q, delivery date given of one week later, slow in itself and then the item doesn't turn up and no information available and customer service is absolutely terrible. It's the last time I will shop at B&Q.

    Without doubt, the most rudest and unprofessional levels of customer service ever received from a supplier like this. Order stock from Wellingborough for a Thursday delivery, to be told it's now coming from a store 30 miles away and not coming until Friday. Speaking with the Altrincham call centre, 5 times, ending up with a very unprofessional customer service supervisor, I am told I am wrong, I am at fault. Still waiting for the manager of either Wellingborough or Milton Keynes to ring, both can't be bothered. The hub manager from Milton Keynes is also non responsive. The online order system is misleading and not what you think it is. This nightmare has left both myself and my client very frustrated with B&Q, no wonder sales are down, shops are closing and staff are loosing jobs. This really is a bodge it and scraper style operation, I will never ever use your service again.

    Dreadful, dreadful response from Customer Services regarding an item purchased through their verified traders - item arrived all bent and buckled. Contact made with B & Q immediately. No response for a week or two, despite chasing. I escalated as best I could. The case is now being handled by the CS team who ‘have a backlog’ and have no idea when they’ll get to it- appalling service.

    Before buying bunk beds online I checked with the B&Q chat facility to see if mattresses were included and was told they were. So I placed an order. However, when delivered guess what, no mattresses. Long story cut short, the highlights, or should I say low lights 5 complaint calls to an offshore call centre each with a promise made to call me back. All promises broken Lengthy dialogue with banqhelp on Twitter, no progress made. The only thing B&Qare good at is providing poor service and c9nsistently break8ng their promises Luckily I have a screenshot of the chat room dialogue. Email en route to CEO
