Derek was absolutely amazing in helping with a major problem with the plumbing in our antique flat! He came out on several occasions, ordered specialised parts and gave up time from his own holiday to help out everyone in the building. We just can’t thank him enough. Lizzie and Dave

We had Shaun from Derek Scott head up his team for installing our new bathroom. From initial contact through to completion we were extremely happy with the service.
Shaun was great at keeping us in the loop with things and you can just tell his passion and enthusiasm for doing a great job straight off the bat. Our finished bathroom is amazing, you can see the attention to detail put in!
He even managed to arrange the installation date around our baby’s due date which was so appreciated!
Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use again, Shaun and his team are absolute superstars!
Arrived back to a house at -4C boiler had stopped working. Shaun manage to arrange for Daniel to come the next day and fit a new pump in boiler. Clearly very appreciative and the service and workmanship was first class.
